Terms & Conditions - Jinxed Gaming Giveaway

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: 

  • The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America & Canada, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Jinxed Gaming and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Affiliates and independent creators are eligible to enter.

2. Giveaway Period:

  • The giveaway begins at 28th of November 2025 and ends at 1st of December 2025 11:50pm PST. Entries submitted after the giveaway period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

  • Participants must sign up through this form on the Jinxed Gaming website to enter the giveaway.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

    4. Prize:

     

    • Three (3) winners will receive one (1) Oshi Shaker Cup of thier choice.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

      5. Winner Selection and Notification:

      • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
      • The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the giveaway closing date.
      • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner may be selected.

              6. Publicity:

              • By participating, entrants agree to allow Jinxed Gaming to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

                7. General Conditions:

                • Jinxed Gaming reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

                • By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Jinxed Gaming, which are final and binding.

                  8. Limitation of Liability:

                  • Jinxed Gaming is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized intervention in the giveaway.

                    • Personal data collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Jinxed Gaming's privacy policy.
