Thank you for shopping with Jinxed Gaming! Below you’ll find important information regarding our shipping process and timelines.

Processing Time

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM, as well as those on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes between 3-8 business days once the package has been shipped.
  • International Orders: Delivery may take up to 4 weeks depending on your location and local customs procedures. Please note that delays may occur due to your country’s customs processes.

    Customs and Import Duties

    International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. We recommend checking if you'll be subject to any additional charges for your country before placing an order.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan and update the status of your package in their system. If tracking information does not immediately appear, rest assured it will update soon.

    Returns

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to advise us of any problems you are having. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the below criteria:

    • The product was purchased within the last 14 days. 
    • The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
    • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
    • You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase.

    Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Refunds

     We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
